If you have not received a provisional acceptance notification by then, consider your application unsuccessful.
Include your full name and a short description of the issue. Do not email identity documents unless requested through a secure process.
Do not submit a duplicate application. Contact the support team with your full name and the information that needs correction.
If you have not received a provisional acceptance notification by the first week of January 2027, consider your application unsuccessful. Eligibility criteria cannot be appealed or reviewed case-by-case.
